Payment and Shipping
- FREE shipping is offered for all items sent worldwide.
- Only USD 3.0 handling charge is needed per order(no matter how many items you purchased each time).
- Register or express shipment can be arranged upon request at a negotiable surcharge rate.
- Shipping time is usually 10-15 business days via normal post.
Packaging
- Most items are packed with gift boxes. You may request for simple packaging if gift box is not needed.
Return policy
- For any defected or unsatisfied item, you may contact us to request for exchange or replacement. Alternatively, full refund is offered within 30 days (but you have to pay for the return shipment fee).
